MOLERA RANCH HOUSE MUSEUM

The Molera Ranch House showcases the rich heritage of the coast. Come view displays and artifacts about Big Sur
artists, authors, early pioneers, indigenous peoples, and life in Big Sur over a period of years. The museum shop has a selection of books about Big Sur and the surrounding area.

The Ranch House Museum is open Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Starting June 16, 2016 through September 5, 2016, the Museum will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

DIRECTIONS TO MOLERA RANCH HOUSE MUSEUM

Andrew Molera State Park is located 21 miles south of Carmel on Highway One. Turn right off of Highway One and follow the road to the parking lot. A fee will be charged for day use of beautiful Andrew Molera Park with access to numerous hiking trails and the beach.

From the parking lot you may walk or drive down the Molera Trailrides road, taking the first left and following the signs to the Museum.

The Molera Ranch House Museum is operated in partnership between the Big Sur Historical Society and the California Department of Parks and Recreation.
